Was a little disappointed after hearing good things. We didn’t get what we were expecting, the homepage menu doesn’t mesh with the online order menu. My wife ordered the 2 pulled chicken sandwich item, but we only got one. The cornbread was supremely dry. While the mac-n-cheese was obviously home made it didn’t achieve a nice smooth texture. The potato salad(regular) was fine, but it could use a little extra something.

I would’ve never thought I would’ve found some of the best barbecue I’ve ever eaten tucked away in the garage of this residential house. The brisket just melts in your mouth and the pulled pork was textbook like it was out of some recipe book. Really wish I lived closer to this little gem.

Parkers pit is the superior BBQ joint in WNY. Pork is so tender and perfect every time. My personal favorite is the pulled pork nachos. It will knock your socks off. Like they say, “every butt needs a rub”. Keep up the good work guys!!!!! Cannot wait to have more.
