I really wanted to like this restaurant. There was such high praise from our local friends but even they saw that something was off this evening. We started off having to ask for additional menus so that each of us (party of 4) had our own. We ordered and were served drinks promptly (great selection of beverages btw) but after drinks our waitress seemed to have forgotten us, and this is where the comedy of errors began. Eventually, maybe 20 minutes passed, our waitress came back to take our order and was shocked that we hadn’t ordered yet. We ordered apps and entries at the time, seeing as we were forgotten about once already. After apps, we awaited our entrees, 20 minutes or so passed, could have been longer, we were visually trapped by the Top fails of 2022 of all time on the TV. Our meals were brought to the table separately, almost 10 minutes between each and because we are polite we kindly waited for everyone to be served before eating. Other servers come and go, it looks like the restaurant is getting busy but after 30 minutes, we all had our orders, the last entree being a salad…

My family recently ate at Parlor in Jefferson IN, and we live across the river in Louisville. The IN location was excellent, this location Frankfort Ave in Louisville wasn’t so good. We got a carry out order. The pizza was pretty good, but the wings were not. Maybe they have a different supplier IDK, but they were not anywhere near the quality the IN location had. The girl at the front was kind of rude to other customers. To be fair, they were busy and understaffed. I feel like she could have helped the servers out, and then they could rotate the front. Instead, she just sat there and looked at her phone between being rude to customers that came in. Anyway, if you like really good pizza and wings, go to the Jeffersonville IN location. It’s directly across from the walking bridge.

We love Parlour! The food is fantastic, I have not yet had a pizza I didn’t love, and the pepperoni bombs are to die for. The best thing is the patio–getting to eat high-quality food while sipping a Mojito and watching my kids run around is sublime

This was our first time at Parlour and it was a great experience.The restaraunt was clean and the food was hot and fresh! The pitcher of Sangria was delicous and strong. The sweet bbq smoked wings were delicous. We will definetly be back.

Stopped with a small family group late Saturday afternoon….just wanted to sit on back patio and have a couple pints and let kids play. I was put back as the bar staff was not very friendly, and seemed put out by us being there. There were a few patrons, and they were not busy. We understood there would be no table service on the porch and had no problem getting our own beer.

Incredible pizza and super tasty cocktails! We always hit up Parlour when we’re in town, specifically for their amazing Meatball pizza. But this time around, the Summer Salad made for a pleasant surprise to our meal. Great people, as well! We will definitely come back again (again!).

First time visit for some pizza and beer. There were around 35 different beers on tap and we tried some tasty ones. Our pizza came out quickly but, at least for my taste, was only OK. I felt that the tomato flavor was understated and the bottom crust too thin. My companion agreed but we both felt that it may boil down to personal preference. The biggest negative was that we were there on trivia night. Amplification for the trivia host was so loud you’d think that everyone in the restaurant was playing (only 6-8 tables in the front were engaged). We could barely hear each other speak once the trivia game started. After that it was clearly time for everyone else to leave. If you give this spot a try make sure you avoid game nights.
