As we try different pizza places around York, it has been difficult to find ones that make a real pizza, are clean and sanitary, and have great service. Parma meets all of these. The pizza is great. I like that they don’t have a crazy pizza menu with all kinds of specialty pizzas. We ordered a large Half plain half pepperoni, a medium Holiday Pizza with no broccoli, and a pepperoni calzone.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time this has happened. I thought ordering from the Manager, would have been different. We ordered a Stuffed pizza slice with a side of Blue Cheese. The Blue Cheese never came. I called the store and one of the girls that answered the phone actually said “Sorry we are very busy”. I asked to talk to manager and he would not send out a Blue Cheese. So we are not ordering from the Haonrs one again. Very disappointed and to top it off we paid extra and a great tip.

I’ve been ordering from here for over a year. Once up to twice a week. Always prompt with delivery. No issues, but when I order recently and have to wait an hour and a half for my food to show up cold, that’s ridiculous.

The personal size is perfect. Add any toppings and make it your own. The crust was not over cooked. Really enjoyed the hamburger with bacon combo. The bacon was really delicious! Customer service was great. It was nice when leaving they all said have a great evening. I like that a lot.
