I earnestly appreciate the effort made by the Manager to correct the miscommunication between us. The food quality was never in question, hence my wife’s addiction to the Roman grinder. Of course we will be purchasing again, but I think we’ll just support the business directly and not deal with these 3rd party apps.

I was in there a little while ago. The food is great. The staff needs a lesson on professionalism though. I paid with a local Groupon & the cashier (short blonde with piercings) said to my face when I handed her the Groupon “when are we going to be done with these?” That was while the other staff was talking about how they were going to “get wasted & have a wild night.”

I have been a long time faithful customer of Parma Pizza at this location. In fact, I was actually using a gift card I earned from their rewards system at our last visit. The reason for the one star – in the past whenever I’ve called in an order even remotely close to closing time (ie 30+ minutes prior to closing), they act audibly annoyed over the phone and have told me that their closing time might technically be a certain time but they often close a half hour earlier. The last time, I called more than a half hour prior to closing. They, as often has been the case, didn’t have the ingredients to make the pizza I requested and I happily accepted an alternative. They again seemed annoyed about my order. I was then told it would be ready in about half the time it normally would take. I got there when I was told and talked with the workers a bit and was handed my order 15 minutes before closing time. When I got home I learned my food was completely uncooked and raw, and was not finished the way it normally is with salt on the pretzel crust, nor was the pepperoni pizza sliced. The crust was literally wet raw dough that wasn’t even half baked in places. It was very sloppy and a total disregard of my time and money. I called back and left a message regarding my concerns, with the hope they would make it right and never heard back. They never did, and I was open to giving them that opportunity before posting a negative review. Finally, I’d add that as a physician, I also have some serious concerns about the sanitation standards of this location and things I and family members have observed here over the years. The pizza is amazing (when fully cooked and not given with attitude) but for these reasons, Parma has lost a faithful customer and I’d recommend others consider the same – plenty of good pizza places in the area without these problems.

Would not recommend due to poor customer service and poor food quality. We ordered wings along with a calzone. The wings were soggy and underdone, with not enough sauce. The calzone hardly had any cheese or meat inside. We were charged an extra amount of money due to “Covid” and when we asked about the extra charge it was admitted it was a mistake. Despite this, the restaurant refused to refund us the extra amount they ‘accidentally’ charged. I highly advise ordering from another pizza place near landisville. There are many better alternatives.
