What a surprise NOT this is the best white people food in this area. This isn’t “Mexican’ it’s an American version. If you want true Latin food go to la lupita now that’s authentic. This food is always top notch and the staff is always great. Try the lingua tacos they are a true treat. Just order them with onion and cilantro your taste buds will always agree great food.

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the Farragut area! The atmosphere is fantastic and the service is good, and the food is the best of all. We went on a Monday evening and sat outside and were the only ones on the patio area the weather was perfect and so was the food and service.

The highest quality service around! All of the servers and bartenders are so kind and take pride in their restaurant. The food is very authentic and I love the salsa bar where you can choose cups of different types of salsa. All amazing! Huge variety of menu items and a good vegetarian selection. Very busy at lunch but we were seated immediately. Excellent chips and salsa. Ordered chicken taco salad and tried to eat every bite but got too full. Very clean and very friendly staff. I will be back!

I always go out of my way to eat at this establishment. I don’t know what kind of magic they’ve got going on in the kitchen, but their prices are more than reasonable for the quality of food you’re sure to enjoy. If you, the reader, are inspecting this review and have never visited Parrilla’s yet, pay them a visit and prepare to be spoiled. You’ll hardly find another place of the same calibre near (west) Knoxville. 10/10.
