We decided to choose Parrot Pizza for our food for our party. The service was very kind and patient with the large order. Even though the order had many differnet things, it was perfectly made and on time. Due to the size of the order, he gave me a large cheese too. Overall, the food was very delicious. Definitly recommand!

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery that they told us would be 45 min to an hour. It took an hour and a half to show up and when we tried calling to find out where our food was they were closed and wouldn’t answer. By the time it showed up the pizza was cold. Never ordering there again.

The food is not good anymore and very overpriced. I understand the economy but some of the prices with how little food they give you, quality and not listening to your order is just ridiculous. Going downhill for awhile and gave it a last try tonight. All set, I’ll force myself to cook next time.

We order every Thursday for family game night. It’s officially been over a year! The food is delivered hot and we live in Paxton. It’s delicious, made correctly and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating! We LOVE Parrot Pizza Holden!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! The first chicken that I received was really really dry and the side salad I had was brown. I called and talked to the supposed manager and he said if I returned everything he would cook me another one. On the second time they only gave me a half portion and it was ice cold when it came. They did not want to do anything about it, but after several phone calls and being hung up on, they said they would refund me. They gave me a fake owner’s name and I had to look it up on LinkedIn. Poor customer service. DO NOT OREDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I will be checking with my bank tomorrow.
