This place is the most dirty beautiful dive bar I’ve been to in a long time. Being from Fargo, reminds me of the Nestor, Bismarck, and dirty E combined, but with the best wings I’ve had in a very long time. The heat is real. Scale is weird at 1,2,3, 5, 10, 15, 20,25,30, 40. I did a 15 in Buffalo, and 25 in their signature shark sauce. I got a side of 40 just to see. I did a full dip with the 40, and yep it was scorching, but with amazing flavor still. Great place to eat.

Long wait but worth it. The energy inside is amazing. Play black jack while you wait for your table and never make the mistake i made. I.e order 20 heat level from 1-40. I couldn’t eat that but the flavor was so good that i went back and order at heat 12 and ot was still hot but amazing flavor. My new fav spot when i visit

A dive bar with the best wings I’ve ever had. I got the whole order of wings with Shark sauce 7, and it was amazing. Once you have these wings, it’ll be hard going to any other ones. The atmosphere is good, but probably not for everyone. It was kind of loud and a little dark, as most dive bars are.

Look no further for the best wings in town (maybe even the state, in my opinion, lol). The wings here are phenomenal, my favorites being a toss-up between the shark sauce wings or peanut butter sauce wings. It’s nice that you can customize the spice level of your sauce, as well. They also carry a great variety of drinks for whatever you happen to be craving. Another delicious recommendation I have is their lavosh — lots of options, huge with loads of toppings, and absolutely amazing. You’ll definitely want to come early or expect a wait (especially once the UND students are back in town) since their excellent reputation draws in a ton of people.

At first impression as I walked in to Parrot’s Cay I thought this must be some mistake, we put our names on the waiting list. I watched many people from all walk of life share a table, play black jack and sit at the bar. I soon realized the world needs more Parrot’s Cay grills. The wings were worth the wait, the service was very good and the prices were very fair. I will certainly return.

These are the best wings I have had outside of Buffalo. Very saucy and juicy wings. Made the mistake of doing level 20 wings. Would not recommend going above level 10 if you want to have an enjoyable time.

If you visit Grand Forks and ask people where you HAVE to go…The Cay is usually everyone’s answer and for good reason. Wing’s are fabulous, my favorite is the Peanut Butter Wings & they come with a raspberry jelly sauce O..M…YUM! The Cajun Pasta or Jambalaya are amazing too. You can pick you spice level too if you want to kick it up a notch or two or dial it back. Expect a wait most of the time because it is a smaller spot but that’s a sign that it’s worth it!

I was visiting my son and he said they had great wings. He was not wrong. There is a type of wing for every taste to include those with cast iron stomachs. We started with crawdads which were ok but not great, not surprising for a place 1400 miles from New Orleans. The wings were big meaty and tasty. You can get traditional buffalo or their own shark sauce rated on hotness from from 1 to 40. We had a range of 3 to 15. 15 was pretty hot so I’d hate to sample a 40. The onion rings were delicious as were the fried cheese. Best of all was the peanut butter wings. I would never think to put a peanut butter sauce on wings. However, it really works. They were delicious. They also help cool your mouth down after eating a more spicy wings.

Here on business at AFB, from San Antonio, TX. Guys at base recommended this plase “best wings in town”. Had to taste it for myself. I travel alot in all ISA, Canada, Mexico and South America. The cajun fries are very good, impressed of the taste, recommend to get a batch. As for wings: got half order. #7 (spice), Shark sauce. The wings were different, it wasnt bad, just for me it tasted like mole chicken (Mexican style sauce). It might be a ND wing style, it wasnt bad, just different style of wings.
