Ordered a gluten free pizza and took them 3 times to get it “right”! First time they made it on a regular crust. Second time the dough wasn’t even cooked. Third time cheese and crust showed some burnt spots showing they left it in the oven longer. Dough still was mushy and doughy in spots. Toppings on the pizza was minimal and taste was nothing special for a $20+ pizza. Told the guy to box it up after one piece as this took forever. Tried cooking the leftovers in my oven at home and the dough still didn’t cook. A couple pieces bubbled up but was still doughy even after it looked like it was cooking.

Fun place! We came in late afternoon on a week day. It was keen seating in the bar, and the bar tender did a great job. He was attentive and made sure all tables were taken care of. The manager who was there, Daniel, came by to check how everything was and the personalized attention to detail by everyone working was great

Nice place. They have great food and drink specials. We love coming here every time we are in the area. The happy hour specials are hard to beat and they have lots of sports screens too. Family friendly. Great beers on tap!

I read the reviews ahead of time. Mostly fair to bad with a few good and great…few and far between. It was busy night…was there to support a non profit. But the service was really lacking. Not exactly the server but about 20 minutes to get water, 30 minutes plus to place the order, 20 minutes to get the bill. The food came out quickly and the pizza was good. The chicken sandwich was completely inedible. But with no server in sight it couldn’t be sent back. It was covered in salt…we all tasted it. This was an issue with other diners on Yelp. The owner responds to posts saying he’ll let the “team” know. The ” team” are mostly very young people….trying to do their best but with zero supervision. How this place has multiple locations is beyond me. At one point, a server carried a black crust and topping pizza to a waiting table to see of they would accept it. How would that even leave the kitchen. Never again.

My wife and I have only eaten at Parry’s Pizza a few times. The first time that we dined there, the pizza was excellent. The crust was good (for a New York style pizza). There was plenty of cheese and the sausage was delicious. The next time we ate there the pizza was short on cheese and there were a few crumbles of over-cooked sausage scattered over the top. The last two times that we’ve tried them, the pizza was slightly under cooked and the sausage was a bit skimpy. I think that I’ll stick with Abo’s and Niccolo’s in the future.

We really want to like coming here. Food is good and affordable, but service is and has always been horrible! We keep trying again with the hopes it gas improved, but it never does! Came in today around 2:30 p.m. and sat in the bar area. A muscular guy was bartending and he started out great, but then just kind of started ignoring us as we were not one his regulars. He walked by us multiple times after he knew we were ready to order our meal and made no eye contact and just acted like we weren’t there. Maybe, he was just ready to be done for the day and didn’t feel the need to exert any extra energy! Plates and glasses were never cleared from our table. We were transferred to the evening bartender when we were pretty much finished l, she seemed to be more attentive but she was so busy that it took her a while to check us out. Food was good, but not good enough to make up for the horrible service!

I don’t know what as happened at Parry’s but in my last two visits in the past couple of weeks we noticed the service has declined significantly(it took close to 10 minutes before someone came and took our drinks orders), food is okay, and prices have increased. Today we noticed that the cushions in majority of booths are torn and have little to no padding, table was sticky, and there a handful of tables that were empty but still had dirty plates and glasses, and remained that way even after we left. I know restaurants are short staffed these days but that wasn’t the case today. Except for two servers everyone else was sitting around including the person that appeared to be a manager. Parry’s used to be a great place to go, and the staff used to care.

Ordered 3 pizzas and Cesar salad for 8. Ordered at 5:30, asking for a 6:30 pick up. Was ready to go at 6:50. So I was 20 minutes late to my meeting. Hostess was diligent to check on my order but didn’t seem to speed up the kitchen. Last note – Cesar is made with Romain, not iceberg lettuce. Yeah, you know that Parry’s because it says Romain on the menu.
