Love the food here. I work close by and order this to go at least once a week. It’s delicious every time! I read another review that said don’t skip on the hot sauces and I can’t agree more!! I get the chicken basmati bowl and add both hot sauces. The bowls come with a pita as well. Everyone who works here is so kind as well. Highly recommend!

Oh, we so enjoyed our late brunch here on our last day in Vegas. We had stopped by to pick up some Donuts from the famous Saint Honore Donuts next door. Decided to go to Parsley for some food, and we were glad we did. Fresh ingredients are perfectly cooked and ample portions. The ladies were generous and loving in the food preparation. We had the Falafel veggies bowl, a side of Falafel, and a Chicken Shwarma Nachos. The Falafel was so fresh and fried perfectly… no excess oil .. we loved them. The Chicken Shwarma Nachos was a surprisingly pleasant experience with the fresh Tahini, Hummus, and Feta Cheese on top. We enjoyed it a lot.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – generous portion sizes and tastes very clean overall. Most of the toppings were raw and the proteins only lightly seasoned. The pita bread was super fluffy and warmed perfectly but since the dishes were so healthy, it almost didn’t feel right to eat it with more carbs.

Friend brought me here, I have no idea what I got but I’ve been thinking about it for days. It’s like a subway with great Mediterranean food, you order and have them add the veggies and whatnot. The service wasn’t great but I’ve definitely had worse. The food was absolutely worth it and I can’t wait to visit again.

The food is amazing as always but I definitely recommend this location for the service. They really take time to make sure you get exactly what you want. First time at this place today. Wanted to try it since long time ago. The food was Amazingly good with huge portions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing is that the location is far away from where I live, but other than that, place is a bomb!

First time here. Watching the “bread show” was cute. Ordered a steak bowl. I don’t normally season my food but it was bland and needed salt. Wish they offered that warm freshly baked flat bread I saw the guy making in the window instead of the pita bread.

Walking in, this restaurant is nicely decorated and lit perfectly. As you approach the counter to order you can see alot of where the food is prepared, they have these vertical rotisserie machines that slow cook meat and when cooked, the meat is shaved off to be used in orders.
