Only had a teaser of burnt ends at New Riff Distillery, but man are they fantastic! Falling apart, great flavor for the meat, and the sauce is a nice addition and would go well on probably anything. The pickles included are a tangy sweet and have a nice crisp to them as well. Would definitely have them cater an event I’d put on!

Large group client needed catering. I had met Jeffrey recently and confidently recommended Parts and Labor. The food was excellent and very well presented. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the food remarking that it was the very best meal they had during their 4 day trip to Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati.

Cooking techniques in this place are very cool. Restaurant always has a pleasant BBQ meat smell. Food overall is pretty tasty and refined. Have loved their chicken and sides (Brussels sprouts slaw, and carrots). Had their brisket burger and was very overwhelmed for what the cost is. Would like to see this place succeed.

Catered a corporate dinner I organized for 60 – food was very well received by guests, very enjoyable, was well presented (including information on allergens/vegetarian for those with dietary restrictions), and arrived hot with everything needed for service and dining. My company is already planning to use Parts and Labor for another event in a few weeks given our great experience. Easy to work with and able to deliver a great meal within our program budget within minimal effort on my part.
