Food was great. Chicken was nice and flavorful. Beignets were soft and sweet. One thing I could say is, I ordered Mild and the person I was with ordered Medium. They gave me the medium instead of the mild, the sauce was spicy but bearable that really gave it a nice kick. The server was great and really nice. Service was amazing besides the mix up, even with that slight mistake I still enjoyed it. Definitely recommend if in the area !

Love this restaurant. It’s my new favorite here in Chattanooga! My husband and I had great food as well as great service. This restaurant has a great look and they play good music! I had the hot chicken n’ cheddar sandwich with the medium sauce, which is a habenero sauce, my favorite!

Ordered the Cobb salad. Which was $19. The eggs were purple which was a little disturbing. There was plenty of chicken. The deduction comes on price $19 for a salad, and the waitress. My water, which comes in a small mason jar, kept needing refilled. We could see our waitress walking around the other area of the restaurant (not tending to other tables, just walking) but she would not come to the table. We had to get the other waiter to get her. She was going to get me a to go box and left, came back a little later with the machine to accept our payment on the spot. My tip was commensurate with the service and she was visibly unhappy. Took her 5 minutes and finally I got up, tracked her down, and got my box. I am normally an decent tipper as I have waited tables before, (my standard for good service is 27% and 34-38 for excellent) but I will not tip well if the service was sub par as hers was.

Overall a pretty lack luster experience. The staff were not very attentive and the food was pricey for the what it is. I ordered the chicken skewer that is one of their specialties and it came out burned. I know it is supposed to be roasted, but this one was crispy. Once we finally chatted with the manager, they got me a new one that was much better (see pictures). It wasn’t terrible overall, but we wouldn’t choose this over any of the other options in the area.

We did have an issue with our order But it was straighten out right away. The staff was Friendly and Attentive, they even notified the manager without us even asking and everything was fixed right away. I had the “Brick Tattooed Chicken” and it was very good. The rest of our party was happy with their meals & drinks as well.

The service was standard for the times we live in. There was only 2 waitresses for an entire restaurant with, at minimum, 20 full tables. I ordered the Ranchers pie which is their take on a shepherds pie. It was delicious. There could have been a little sauce but other than that so good. My son had the smoked wings and fries. He said they were really good and his fries were super thin and crispy. My husband had the chicken quesadilla which was extremely dry and they did not have salsa.

If you have food allergies, you can ask for their separate allergen menu. The dairy free options are pretty varied. We got the piggy chips appetizer and I got a dairy free Cuban Sandwich. Service and atmosphere are about what you would expect for a mall restaurant.

The food was fairly good. Chicken fingers were hot and juicy. The coleslaw was not cold and not much flavor. The worst part was the service. I sat at the bar and was greeted fast. After that it was downhill. I finished my beer and a glass of water halfway through my meal. Waited at least 5 minutes and finally got the barmaids attention when she came to help the group sitting next to me for about the 5th time. She was going to walk away again if I hadn’t waved and called her. I then ordered dessert to go. That took another 10 minutes at least. Not sure I’ll go back.

Too loud! Would have left after the manager told me he could not turn it down because it was college Football, but I really wanted the food. Food and service were great. Will not return to this location because of the manager’s silliness

If you are in search of a Nashville Hot experience, look no further! Party Fowl has a whole section of their menu dedicated to Nashville Hot Chicken. It was amazing. Their Mac and cheese was delicious. Their boozy slushies were just right. I LOVED this place. The service was great as well. Definitely plan on visiting again. Wish I had one near my hometown.
