We’ve been to this food truck park across from whole foods many times, but nearly always went with the other options since they were cash only and I largely never carry more cash than a $5 or $10. Having tried this place now, I am aware that I’ve been MISSING OUT!

I live near this place and I eat here about once a week. The food is absolutely delicious and the trailer the nicest I’ve seen. They make the fresh pasta noodles right there in the trailer. The sauce is wonderful on the first day, and even better if you save it a day and all the flavors have more time to mingle. I usually order the spaghetti but I think I’m going to try something else today. Bravo to Pasta Artigianle!
