I ordered broccoli and mushroom pasta and added chicken for 4 extra dollars! Very dissapointed in the lack of flavor, broccoli stems and very few mushrooms. The chicken was flavorless and in big square blocks. That was an expensive bowl of pasta that went in the trash.

Pasta Express on W Republic Road catered a yummy meal for local Springfield teachers and staff for teacher/staff appreciation. They went above and beyond on the amount of food and will feed everyone (60) nearly two times with the generous portion sizes. Thank you so much for your generosity and support, Pasta Express!

The food is way overpriced and it’s not good I got my kid a pizza and it was mushy like it was microwaved and she didn’t even eat it. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it was nasty it tasted like the sauce came out of a jar off the Walmart Shelf it had very little flavor it wasn’t good very very disappointed would not recommend this place too anyone definitely not going back. Took a couple bites of my alfredo and didnt finish the rest. Should have spent my money elsewhere.

Great local spot for a quick sit down meal. Generally good service with consistent ItalianAmerican menu items. The Pasta Express toasted sandwich is a favorite, and we really enjoy the warm rolls! Be careful if you use the drive-thru for a call-in order, you may get stuck behind someone else placing an order and wait quite a while.

My wife and I decided to try Pasta Express at lunch so we called in a order. $40 dollars later we received below average pasta that really had no taste exceptthe red sauce. We ordered garlic bread thinking it would be at least as good as a pizza restaurant. WRONG! The bread was one hogie bun with cheese. Horrible! We will go to Fazzolis from now on. One more thing, the rolls are hard and just thrown in the bag. Not bagged separately like you would think. Its obvious this restaurant employees don’t care. Places like this will soon be out of business.
