Food and service was excellent for the most part. Food was hot upon arrival so I knew it had just been cooked. My only complaint was that Desiree forgot to return with my credit card for like 20 minutes. We all make mistakes and the restaurant was busy but I was not happy with that. Also check prices before ordering Chicken Marsala was 31 dollars… For chicken?? Wasn’t that long ago that was the steak price.

Had my lunch delivered to me by Doordash and got everything out of the bad and opened it and had a hair right on top of my lunch. This is extremely disappointing. I tried to order here again expecting it to be better than the last time I ordered and received extremely dry pasta with little to no sauce and it looks about the same again.

went in to pick up my order and received bad customer service, also had to wait extremely long time to get the order. We ordered the Wednesday lasagna pasta of the day which you would think they have plenty of made or prepped but it took a very long time for them to make it waited much longer than the pick up time that was emailed to me. And I only ordered 1 of the Wednesday pasta specials. Just extremely upset with this experience here and do not plan on coming back! Very blown away by the lack of customer service.

Hit n Miss. I dont get it-how hard is it to make noodles, toss a salad and put rolls in a ro go order…$165 to go order you would think theyd make sure all was accurate and get a nice tip…whatever.

Ordered shrimp fettuccine to go on Oct 27th. Shrimp was breaded and soggy. Was told that we could get a $20 comp on our next visit. Was there yesterday to eat, had the shrimp fettuccine and that it is always made the same. And they would.not honor the comp. Next step is getting corporate office involved.
