Fantastic food, service and prices! If you aren’t plant based, Vegetarian or Vegan don’t let the fact that everything is Vegan influence your decision to dine here. I guarantee you that you won’t even miss the animal products in their flavorful food. They make, from scratch, the best Fettuccine Alfredo that I have ever had and their Sopa Toscana is heavenly! Don’t forget to have an order of bread with their wonderful garlic spread as well! You’ll be glad that you did. If you don’t feel like having lunch you have the option of having breakfast, which they serve all day. You really can’t go wrong with what you order, because they have perfected it all! Enjoy!

My wife and I ate lunch and loved it! The food is really amazing, fresh and full of flavor! My wife had the spaghetti with meatballs and I had the penne with spicy Italian sausage . We enjoyed the food so much we ordered extra to take home for dinner plus we had the cold pressed green juice which was awesome! We will be coming back! Thank you PLM!

Excellent service, food is delicious, I am not vegan and I love the food there. This is the only place that can cook perfect zoodles , not over cooked nor under cooked, just perfect! I totally recommend zoodles, alfredo sauce with meatballs! Friendly, allergy free, comfortable environment. Even the coffee is great, grab a cup, and a few friends, sit down, and play a board game or puzzle. Check out Pasta La Madre Facebook page.

We went for one of the first few dinner services and it was delightful! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. It’s almost hard to believe it was all vegan food! Harlingen really needs a place like this. We will definitely be supporting them as much as possible.
