One of the best pasta restaurants- actually one of the best restaurants anywhere. 9 seats, a locally sourced, creative and inspired menu that changes weekly, a kitchen that’s cleaner than a laboratory, great service, made to order dishes that compete with the best dishes in NYC, London, and yes, even Italy. Sensitive to salt?- ask for less salt. Problem with the level of Al-Dente? Tell them and all will be made right. Ive never sent anything back there, never had any complaints (besides not wanting it to end). I have no affiliation with the spot other than going as often as I can and always feeling empty inside when I’m out of town and miss a dish that looks as amazing as everything else I’ve had there. It’s good. It’s great. Go by any means necessary and enjoy it before the secret gets out.

This is truly a Worcester gem tucked inside the woopublicmarket! Chef Jay is crafting some incredible dishes w/ a weekly rotating menu. The fresh made pasta, peppers, heirloom tomatoes with beef tartare, octopus on a bed of lemon potatoes, carbonara w/ duck yolk and so much more deliciousness !! Make reservations and check it out!

Pasta Mani is a gem in the heart of Worcester. It is located inside of the Worcester public market. They rotate the menu every week and they make all the pastas in their kitchen. They have 6 seats at the bar where you can see the cooking station through the window if you are lucky to be seated inside of the bar and a large table (6-8 seats?). Due to the number of seats, reservation is highly recommended. We tried one of their appetizers, two of the pastas, and the dessert and could not be more pleasant with the food as well as the service. Since they have the tasting menu, we will make sure to check it out the next time we visit.

I eat a LOT. All over the world. I love Italian food among many other cuisines. Pastamani is hands down the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy, and competitive there too. The creativity, quality, freshness, flavor, presentation.. truly unique. Kudos to the chef!

Amazing food! I had the Campanelle and my gf had the rigatoni. Everything was delicious. The pasta was great and the balance of lemon and olive oil and cheese and pasta was just right. The chocolate Panna Cotta dessert was more like a chocolate mousse but it was also wonderful.

Found Pasta Mani purely by accident this past Sunday after a trip to the Worcester Art Museum. Jay is a masterful cook. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in the U.S.A. in years. Reminiscent of the many fine small (tiny) local eateries I’ve enjoyed in Europe over the years. WELL WORTH THE TRIP FROM BOSTON TO WORCESTER!!

Broccoli Alfredo pasta was Extreme salty. EXTREME level of salty! Impossible to eat. The waitress didn’t even bother to replace or discount. Waits of $21. It was impossible to eat and I ended up just taking it to go and throwing it away.

I had lunch here today, and this is my fifth time eating at Pasta Mani. Each time I have come here, I’ve had a great experience with the staff, the atmosphere, and the food. They’re consistent.

This is my go-to place for good al-dente pasta with creative menu that gets updated weekly/bi-weekly. It’s a small little restaurant in the Worcester Public Market so I would call ahead for dinner reservations. Great date spot!

My experience here was hands down epic. I was highly intrigued to visit after hearing about the hand-made pasta and weekly menu changes. I was so not disappointed. The porcini pappardelle was rich and incredibly flavorful. Very pricey but worth it for a special occasion. The staff was also very friendly which made me feel right at home.
