My family of 4 dined in for dinner. We order 3 total pasta dishes (kids split fettuccine Alfredo with meatballs, no other toppings) and a very bland boring Caesar salad, and it was $58 before tip. My shrimp was so overcooked and rubbery. My kids loved their pasta though, and they each got a huge yummy meatball. Definitely a fast food atmosphere, so it should have fast food prices, in my opinion.

The food is fantastic here. Everything is great… the pastas, the risotto, the sauces, the pizzas… all of it. First rate ingredients and the preparation is perfect. Handmade gnocchi is great, which also isn’t too easy to find. Portions are just right for one usually. Service is fantastic also, making a 1 hour lunch break easy, or a quick dinner without having to wait a long time. Staff is very friendly and helpful also. Wonderful place which I found at lunch one day working nearby, It’s so great I drive the family here from Mansfield (almost an hour away) for dinner!

Excellent food here. We were looking to try a new place and read the reviews. Glad we did. Homemade bread, pasta, sauces, you name it. Picked our own ingredients with a few suggestions from an excellent host and it was a great meal. It is very clean and was not too crowded. It is now on our list of favorites, especially since we are allowed to bring our own selection of wine next time.

First time having spaghetti with roasted pepper sauce and sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Absolutely delicious! And the arancini risotto basil pesto balls and tomato sauce was amazing! Everything is made fresh and from scratch.

One of the best pizza Marguerita I’ve had here in DFW if not the best. Super fresh ingredients, high quality olive oil, delicious crispy crust. We also ordered a carbonara and it was so good! Family owned, beautiful space and friendly service. Lovely place to eat with the family.

if you’re looking for great Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients, and house-made recipes, you can’t get any better than Pastaza! We’ve gone 3 times already, and it never disappoints! The margarita pizza and calamari are standouts for us. The pizza tastes fresh and savory and the calamari is perfectly seasoned and out hot and fresh!

Yummy yummy pizza. The dough is not too thin and not too thick. Pizza dough tastes very fresh and flavorful. I got the Margherita base pizza and built my own adding 3 toppings. They didn’t have rucola or arugula to add on but I settled for fresh basil on top. It was absolutely delicious. Our daughter had pasta alfredo with chicken and it comes with garlic bread. She loved it!
