This was our first visit to Patelli’s and it definitely won’t be our last! The food and service was amazing! The ambiance was great for a diner too with some great wall art! My favorite was the sign on the bathroom door that says something like “employees must wash their hands, so should you but I’m not your momma”.

I saw a picture of the Crispy Beef Roll and had to come here to try it. I was not disappointed! It’s something unique that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Onion rings were good as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was my first visit to Patelli’s Gyros & Beef. They have a varied menu of Greek Gyros, Italian Beef and other Chicago food favorites. They offer the “Crispy Beef”, which is an Italian Beef encased in a shell, then deep fried. I ordered one, along with Onion Rings.

We ordered delivery and the food was wonderful!! The crispy chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. The chicken was tender and crispy even after door dash delivery. The cheeseburger was great. My favorite is the “my girlfriend/wife isn’t hungry” app with 1/2 fries and 1/2 mozzarella sticks. We can never decide which to get. We will definitely be repeat customers thanks for the great food Patelli’s!

First time trying this place. They have an extensive menu but I went basic with a gyro, crinkle fries, and popcorn chicken bites….all made fresh and was tasty! The gentleman at the drive up window was so helpful and patient with me while I was trying to decide what to order. Will definitely come back and try their crispy rolls which I hear they are known for. Thanks for the wonderful quick service “wonder woman”

I can not wait to go back to this adorable dinner. The food was delicious, the music was not too loud, and the staff was so friendly! By the way they have a menu item called “My wife/girlfriend is not hungry” which I highly recommend!

Drove around looking for something good and quick. Came across this place and it was perfect. The girl behind the counter was so nice! We ordered a gyros and Philly. . The gyros was sliced PERFECT! Not many places slice gyros the right way, the tzatziki sauce was delish. The Philly was juicy but not too juicy with the right amount of mushroom onion and green peppers, sauce was just right with a little bit of sweet. I would give 10 stars, this place was the best fast food we have had in a long time. Great job!

They know how to make comfort foods. Really friendly staff. Everything is made to order, so even though its not fast it is all fresh. Wait times are five to fifteen minutes depending on what you order. More if they’re busy. The demon Philly has a bit of heat to it, but not too bad. The gyros are a staple. The fries are crinkle cut and pretty crispy fresh out the fryer but get a little soggy after half an hour. And they have ohilly cheese fries. They’ve got a new selection of smash burgers. The chicago smash burger is the way to go if you like a little bit of heat from pickled peppers. The Mango Habanero chicken fries are for groups to share, not individuals. Good amount of seating indoor and outdoor.

I got the crispy BBQ beef and it was delicious. I had it delivered, so I can’t say it was still crispy but the beef was tender and juicy, and it’s a really generous portion. I also got the large fry and it was giant! I will have half of it for a delicious leftovers lunch.
