My sister in law and I absolutely love Patinellas! We come here about 3-4 times a week and the food never disappoints! I absolutely love their grilled chicken and sweet plantains or sweet potatoes. My girlfriend and I get the rice bowls from here all the time. My favorite is the Mexican Bowl, and my girlfriend always orders the Italian. The pita bread served with the rice bowls go perfectly with the meal.

If I could give no stars, I would! We are a small doctor’s office looking for something different for lunch. However, after this experience, we will NEVER order from here again. First, the person answering the phone and taking our order was VERY rude and condescending. There were seven separate orders to be on one bill. He could not understand the concept and said it should have been a catering order. Second, after going over the order twice and repeating each order, they completely forgot one of the orders!! Third, the lettuce for the salads was old, brown and withered. How can a company serve such horrible food??

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always delicious. Fresh food, large portions, and they have a vegetarian option. Basically, everything on the menu is a rice bowl and you choose the toppings, like you do at a Subway. It can get a little pricey if you make your dish a meal ($5 extra) but its well worth it. I consider this a healthy option for a quick lunch. Enjoy!

We were waiting at the hospital for my sister in law to have tests,. We’re there 15 hours…. Didn’t realize the cafeteria closed early, about 7:30 pm started looking for food. Several things around were closed so chose Patinella’s. We were very happy with our choice.
