Patio Grill and Bar is inside of Crowne Plaza Hotel and it’s pretty good for hotel food! I stayed at Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had complimentary breakfast as well as a $6 drink vouchers for each night, so I got discounted cocktails. For dinner, I enjoyed the appetizers like the 3 tacos and quesadilla. The steak was not bad but not the best. I had the bartender make off-menu cocktails and they were really tasty! The wait staff has exceptional customer service!

Check your credit card statement after eating here to make sure you don’t get overcharged. I paid $80 with the tip included for 2 people including drinks. When I checked my credit card statement however, I found the Crowne Plaza had charged $88 to my card. I contested this amount (of course) and got the charge reduced to the correct amount of $80. I had also tipped the piano player and the chef grilling steaks, so the total hit for the night was about $100. I actually didn’t think the cost was unreasonable, but I didn’t appreciate the surprise Crowne Plaza add-on charge to my card.

Restaurant convenient for conference attendees as parking is tough to get with the number of participants and in/out was not an easy task. Food is ok, not great, pricey for the quality of food, staff were friendly and worked hard for the customers, thus, the only reason I returned each day. If it had not been for the serving staff, a quick snack from the vending machine would have worked. Conference, restaurant, bellman, front desk; let’s just say, all around, the staff was amazing, very helpful, pleasant, and extremely professional. Hotel gets a 5, the restaurant food gets a 2. Overall rating 3
