Stopped in for lunch, our waitress was welcoming and we were able to choose our own table. I started with with a Pretzel /w cheese, the cheese was fairly thin but I actually really liked it, and saved it for my fries. I ordered the Jalapeno Cream Cheese Burger and it was Fantastic! The order of fries was kind of small but honestly after finishing everything I was very satisfied. I have also ordered the wings from here before and they are large with great taste!

A friendly spot for good burgers, sandwiches and Mex fare. We often stop at Pat’s after exploring the local mountains and, aside from being out of calamari this trip, they’ve always served good bar food. We like the sandwiches, which are chock full of meat, and I like the fact that I can have a Grand Marnier for dessert! The fries are very tasty, too.

Great little bar and grill in Hotchkiss Colorado. Basic bar food. Great sandwiches and salads. Fully stocked bar with a wide variety of selections. Daily specials. Waitress was super friendly even though she was the only on serving the entire restaurant. Good portions and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

I am editing past review and going from 3 stars to 4. So we ate at Pat’s again last night with friends from out of town. Food was really good. We had a Cabin Fever special, a Hotchkiss burger, a Ruben and chicken taco salad. Again, a new server who was friendly and attentive. Good night out.

Pat’s is the place to be in the town of Hotchkiss. The staff is friendly, the food is great and the beer cold. Come in for a piece of Americana and mingle with farmers and cowboys alike. If your lucky Pat will be in the kitchen (she’s amazing) and Rachel will be behind the bar (she’s the only one I trust for craft cocktails )

Was served a plate of cold food. Disgusting. I don’t mean not hot enough, I mean cold. Cold mashed potatoes, colder gravy like from fridge, cold mixed veggies. The fried chicken breast was good and it warmed the gravy over the chicken. Very disappointed, waitress never returned after service.
