If I could pick 0 stars I would. Every single time I call for delivery, it’s a hassle. This time they just said no we don’t deliver to your address (I am 2.6 miles away) call the Marrows Rd one. I tell the person we always order and after the manager checks the map, you deliver. She didn’t want to hear it. So I call Marrows Rd location and I’m told call rt.40 store, I tell her, they just told me to call you, she said well the supervisor looked at the map, rt40 delivers there. She said I’ll call them and tell them they do I said don’t bother, all this hassle, Pat’s has lost a customer and she replied, it doesn’t affect us. Well glad to hear that customers are not valuable. Horrible! Both locations are less than 3 miles away, I didn’t choose pick up because I have 2 little ones to lug around.

My last order was a disaster, I ordered two grilled chicken salads, and the chicken smelled bad and was hard as a rock. I will not order again! The manager refused to replace the food or return my money. They lost a customer, but they don’t care.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My delivery was slow yet the driver urged me to tip. I ordered a pizza and ceasar salad. My pizza was cold and my salad was hot, please make that make sense. Chicken wasn’t grilled, it taste like it was out of a ready to eat Perdue bag. Then overall presentation of the salad was off putting. First and last time I’ll order from this place.

Called me at 8:40 after I saying ready in 35 minutes at 8:10. I called back 3x and was hung up by the girl answering saying, “No more orders”. I was there at 8:52, before closing at 9pm. I gave the $ on them even though they said the system was down already. Makes me not want to ever order again and we are frequent guests. I understand wanting to close early, but why close the system before finishing your last sale? We enjoy the food, please work on customer service.

Spent a lot of money on wings (approximately $30) the other day and didn’t get not one side of bleu cheese. Not the end of the world but for a 30 dollar food purchase, you would expect to get the agreed upon sauces at the very least. I mean I understand prices might have to go up with inflation, but the quality of fulfillment of orders should not go down. For that I give four stars but appreciate the service and products that pat provides to the community.

I am so disappointed in the Bear Delaware Pats Pizza. I received a $10.00 off coupon from my rewards, in my email. I started my order on line, applied coupon, then decided to change my order. When I did this my coupon disappeared. I called the shop, spoke to a very nice man, he took my order but had to put me on hold. A woman came on the phone and said she couldn’t find the rewards coupon under my phone number. She asked me if I had signed up for rewards under my phone number. It has been so long I couldn’t remember. She proceeded to talk over me, not giving me a chance to speak. I admit, I was rude, but again, she was rude, loud and almost accusing me of lying. I have ordered from this location for the past 9 years, but never again
