I ordered a take out pizza…Their “Special”. I could have checked what I ordered was correct but I just presumed it would be correct since they called it a Special when they gave it to me. When I got home, I was disappointed. It was missing 2 toppings. We were hungry so it wasnt worth it to drive back and get a correctly made pizza.

I ordered lunch today. Chicken cheese steak. It only had chicken. No fried onions,pickles,cheese or mustard. Expense for this. Chicken Caesar salad- only chicken,& lettuce. Meatball sub only 2 meatballs. Very disappointing. Delivery man very nice.

Just stop. Stop delivering the wrong food. Stop having ignorant people answering your phones. Stop acting like there isn”t a manger on duty. Stop blaming the pandemic, 2 years later. Stop hiring incompetent people. Just stop. This place used to be great. Now ever single time we order, the order is wrong or incomplete and instead of rushing to make it right, we sit on hold for 10 minutes and wait another two hours for the food to be right. So glad you can overprice your food so much that you don’t need customers any more but we are done.
