Food was great however the waitress we had was awful. I was sitting down for dinner with my family and one of my coworkers was there eating. When he got done with his dinner he came over and was talking with us for a minute at our booth. He was holding my one year old daughter and she reached out and grabbed a .25 cent decoration off the wall. The waitress then shouted loud enough for all of the surrounding tables to hear “don’t touch the decorations”. My coworker said “I’m not going to take it, I’ll put it back up” and she shouted again “just don’t touch them”. Not wanting to cause a scene in front of our oldest daughter we just paid and left. My wife called back to talk to a lead about it. And the waitress is who answered the phone. She said that she asked nicely and my wife said no you did not to which the girl replied “do you want to argue about it” when my wife said “sure let’s argue” the girl hung up on her. It’s really too bad because we did like the food, but because of the waitress, we will never be back. And it wasn’t just her. When my wife called back again and talked to another employee they didn’t have any interest in getting us in contact with a manager. I don’t assume management takes customer service very serious if this is how the employees act.

Always a wonderful experience. Pizza is delicious, the crust and dough is perfect. The dinners could be a touch bigger. Feels a bit skimpy, but they are just as good. The “Pat’s Soda” is delicious. Always enjoy having them after a paycheck and love meeting up with friends there. Update: Now they consistently cant deliver and if they do have stringent hours. Its unfortunate to see it decline so much. Further Update: I am told multiple times they cannot to takeout when its their main staple after losing delivery. This place is going under and its sad.

We were there on a Saturday night knowing that it was going to be busy. I felt it was extremely slow service. With the lack of help most places are in that same unsteady boat, but this still seemed longer to wait for food than expected. The loaded pizza I ordered was good and I would order again.

My family and I were visiting from Connecticut and found Pats Pizza it wasn’t too far from our hotel. The food was delicious , fresh and hot. We got the Deja Vu pizza it was amazing! The service was wonderful and the prices were great! The staff is very friendly

9 of us walked in and the woman at the front told us that they don’t seat parties greater than 6, so we told her we would be happy to split up. She told us we were still a party of 9. We offered to wait as two parties and pay two separate checks but still we were refused. Throughout this whole ordeal the woman was very dismissive and rude.

Unfortunate take our service has declined so much. Good food but can rarely get a call through. When able to place an order, the wait time is never right. Food is either cold or have to wait much longer than they said.
