Usually I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I am very disappointed in the quality of food this order. The pizza was ice cold and the crust is so tough a steak knife barely cuts it. The wings are terrible and look like they’ve been underneath a hot lamp they’re dry and unappealing. They packed hot foods on top of our salad so it’s welted. I expect high quality food since the entire meal cost $91 we are very disappointed in this order.

Sorry but not sorry, girl customer service seems like she just came out of the Womb! I asked a simple question , and these kids just don’t know what the service is, they don’t even know that sour cream is in the refrigerator?? IDK.. I never did even get to look at it to say if I wanted extra.. but I paid for extra, I’ll eat it if I don’t use it on this. As far as the food goes I don’t know yet it’s got to be better than anything else I gave it a four if that changes I’ll let you know.

I ordered lunch to be delivered and I always ask them please don’t burn my onions and they did and I don’t eat burnt onions and I called back to let him know to remake it he told me to pick them off I told him no I’m not because I pay to much it should had been made as I ask he told me that he wasn’t going to deliver to me any more I said that’s fine I have been having a lot of problems here lately with them and I have been a customer for years I need to know the name of the owner if anyone knows please. Normally get pretty decent food. Tonight I ordered a cheese steak pizza and I don’t know if the driver got lost but when I got my pizza it was cold and the cheese had settled. Not happy!!!

I love getting food from here but the second time after requesting honey mustard for my wrap (which is an option on the menu) I have gotten regular mustard which is a huge difference and ruins the meal. I would love to keep supporting but very worried moving forward as I have already waisted money on two meals. Just requesting to pay more attention to the details I guess.
