I’ve ordered from here several times recently and have always been happy with the food. However today I went to pick up an order and while I was waiting, I was looking at the desserts. I asked the guy at the counter about one of them and he said, why don’t you go ahead and take it. He even called it a “sample”, implying that he was giving it to me. I thought this was really nice and even thanked him, but as I was leaving he told me he had to ring me up for the cake. I never would have spent $6 on a piece of cheesecake, at least not today, so that sucked. I also ordered the roasted veggie sub, which is more expensive than the other subs with meat (?) and received the smallest amount of filling in a veggie sub I’ve ever seen. It tastes good but I don’t feel it was worth $11. A cold cut or a cheeseburger sub or a cheese steak even are all twice as big and cost less. I’m just very confused about my visit today.

The food is always pretty good. But tonight we had an incredibly rude delivery man. He slammed my door after giving me the food and proceeded to walk to his car cussing and shaking his head. He was cussing about a “small tip”. My bill came to $32 dollars and I tipped $7. I was taken aback and he was honestly a little frightening. I have the entire thing on my porch ring camera. I called the business right after he left and explained the situation and they said this was the second complaint they’ve gotten today about his attitude and that they would talk to him. For reference, he was a bald man maybe around 35-40 years old. This is the first issue I’ve had with this place. His anger was extremely frightening and luckily my husband was home and my dogs were at the door with me. Hopefully this issue gets solved within the business. I don’t think I will feel comfortable ordering from here again.

Did you know Pat’s does breakfast?! Yup. I got a yummy breakfast sandwich with avocado, eggs, bacon, tomato and cheese. I asked for rye bread but the guy came back and said they were out. So I had to settle for wheat bread. He said it would take 10-15 minutes so I stood outside in front of the restaurant because it was a beautiful day. He didn’t get me when it was done. After guessing that it had been 10 minutes, I went back in and he promptly handed me my sandwich, and it was clear that it had BEEN ready. (I wonder why he didn’t just come give it to me. No one was in the shop). Either way, the sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be going back!

I would recommend this place!!!!! This place is GROSS, I received my food and it was hair in my food. I had to wait 30 mins and was like for work because they do not practice hygiene in their restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend spending money here. The food is either burned or it’s something inside your food. They don’t care about their customers health! It’s a waste of money!!! I’ll never order from this place ever again.

Yesterday I placed an order to get my food delivered and waited for over an hour and a half.I live about 10 minutes from Pats Pizza. I called to check on my order and I was told the food would be there in 5 minutes. I waited 20 more minutes and no delivery. I called again and I was told the drivers car broke down and they needed to remake my food again and send someone else to deliver the food. I cancelled my order. They could have called me and notified me that the driver was having car problems instead of having me wait. This is bad business!!!

Pizza is OK, not anything I would brag to others about eating. Just ordered an Italian cold cut, wings, and mozzarella sticks. For the amount of money I spent, I thought I would have gotten better food. The sub was not good at all. Might as well call it a ham sub with a slice of salami and cheese. The bread was soggy like they dunked the whole thing in oil and vinegar. The quality of the meats was not good at all either. The wings looked like they could have come off of a piegon they were so small. Not to mention that there were zero flats in my order of 10. I asked for naked and I got breaded. Asked for extra celery and got none. The mozzarella sticks had no flavor except being able to taste that they were frozen. Will not be ordering anything other than pizza from here in the future.
