The service was ok and the staff is nice. But this was not pizza. It was a circle of fluffy bread with dry cheese and no sauce, despite my having ordered sauce. This was inedible.

Took 53 minutes to get our order. We finally went up to counter to ask about it and they said they couldn’t find serving container! We told them it was to eat there and they finally boxed it up as a to go order and brought to us. We’d ordered wing dinners. Wings were over cooked and way too crispy and no sauce! They gave containers of sauce on the side that were cold. The fries were great, though. We had some garlic fried bread pieces also, and they were ok. There were 3 or 4 young kids working the kitchen, they didn’t seem to be on top of things. We heard a person come to pick up a pizza and hey complained that he’d ordered an hour ago and it still wasn’t ready. Just not a very good place, and we won’t be trying again.

Worst pizza 2 times now one w no cheese it’s a garlic with ricotta and broccoli and it might of had a sprinkle of mozzarella, the 1st couple weeks ago was good except dough tasted like week old frozen dough, very inconsistent

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Took our order, our address, our phone number and said 45 minutes. An hour and half later. No call, no show, no answer when trying to call to find out what happened. Called and they said “we don’t have that order- literally the same guy who took our order and we had asked if they could break $100” he remembered that part and said “oh yeah we can pop it in if you can pick it up” no thanks bub, we’ll go somewhere else.

I payed $15 for a “half pound” chicken finger dinner. Open the box and there is only 3 fingers. When i called the girl sounded like she could care less. Told me you usually get 4-5. She said she would drop 1 more for me if i wanted to drive all the way back up there and get it. What a joke this place is. After several bad experiences here i can gladly say that this was the last one. Never coming here again….. Like they care…

We stayed at an Airbnb nearby and placed a pick up order through Doordash storefront. We arrived at our confirmed pick up time and they hadn’t gotten the order because the people working “hadn’t turned on the app”. They started to make the order then and there but no apology whatsoever for the delay. Then they tell us they’re out of pasta. We asked to sub in chicken tenders and the manager was hostile and refused and told us we’d have to contact Doordash for a refund on the pasta. We ended up cancelling the order and leaving. Not worth the hassle and dealing with the rude manager and employees.

Pretty good pizza! My only complaint is that we ordered extra topping, but our pizza lacked extra. However the pizza we had was good and the service was friendly, extremely busy but helpful and nice!

Horrible pizza, very dry, no sauce and I opened up the pizza and most of it was burnt. Management was rude and very inconsiderate. Ordered a gluten free pizza but gave us the wrong one and wouldn’t refund us. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pats pizzeria is Dookie.
