A step-up from your regular mall pizza, but if you want authentic Patsy’s pizza you need to go to an actual Patsy’s restaurant. The pizza was made fresh and the cheese was very cheesy! But it does not compare to the authentic pizza you get from a traditional Patsy’s.

I went to the Roosevelt Field mall food court and wanted to stop at Patsy’s to get some pizza. I ordered the buffalo chicken roll and after ordering the server put the roll in the microwave instead of the pizza oven. When I sat down to eat it the roll was still cold on the inside and in general didn’t even taste that great. The sauce was dry and there was barely any cheese. Don’t eat here.

vegetable pizza too small, definitely not worth 12.99 plus tax. will not fill up adult or even teenagers, had to order more food. staff didn’t like have mask and not polite.

The pizza is expensive for what you get. The dough has good flavor, but there is a fine line between browned and burnt. All I could taste was ash. Will not buy again.

Best spinach roll I’ve had on Long island thus far. Moved to area about four months ago. Also recommend the large chocolate chip cookie… It’s so good and for $1.50 it’s completely worth it.

Paid $12 for a “pepperoni roll” that was lower quality and less filling than a hot pocket would have been, maybe at best two slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of cheese. No sauce available either.

What a waste of money. The calzone was tasteless with hardly any cheese. I added meatballs and they were so dry. I asked for some marinara sauce and the stupid man gave me hot sauce. I went back to get my sauce. Now my sandwich is cold. The man gave me cold sauce for a hot sandwich. What a terrible experience. Sorry I went there, I never will again. Every counter was busy but this one, there was no one there. Wasted almost 10.00.

NO MASKS!! Luckily I read all the reviews but gave it a shot. NOPE! We have been in a pandemic for a year…people SERVING FOOD WITHOUT A MASK!! Utterly pathetic, its places like this that cause a virus to spread and kill people. I didnt even attempt to order the disgusting slices sitting out for probably the whole day. One person mentioned food poisoning and I dont doubt it with the way this places looked.

No wonder this place had no line at the busiest time of lunch…Do not go here! I am only lucky to say that my kids did not ingest what gave me food poisoning. Their chicken rolls tasted like chicken that went bad, along with some other taste my husband/I could not put our finger on. One bite and we both had to ask for our money back—and we never usually ask for refunds. Time waiting on other lines > this place!!
