Patties & Pints you don’t disappointed. Stopped by over the weekend and tried your updated menu. I had the new shrimp po’boy sandwich which was awesome. The shrimp were plump and juicy and the sauce was spicy but not hot and the overall sandwich was very tasty. To round it off I had a slice of cheesecake which was rich and creamy topped with sliced strawberries and homemade whipped cream. Great service and another great meal!

Disappointed is an understatement in regards to dinner at Patti’s and Pints today. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder and a root beer float. The clam chowder was warm at best. I could have handled that but the flavor…oh yeah the only flavor was the sand that gritted between my teeth. The response from the server was should I tell the cook? And no one else said anything or complained.

When I stay at Harrahs casino I always come here to eat. My husband loves it also! we have tried the salad, pizza, the nachos and everything was delicious! We told our server that we’re gonna share our meal and she had it split for us. Everyone I have come across staff wise are very nice. We wish you had other locations like in Ca. I also wish I could stay at Valley View to try more dishes.

Don’t sit at this bar on a Friday evening ….you will receive poor to no service by the bartender/boy who is rude and aloof if you are only wanting to sit for premium cocktails. He was too busy with friends to be bothered servicing anyone else. He made his bar back serve us while he did nothing. Being in the hospitality industry it was a big disappointment seeing someone like him behind the bar. I will take my money and my tips back to Black and Blue if I ever come back to Valley View Casino. Please hire more friendly staff who appreciate your customers. Thank you

Food comes out barky warm and the wait times are ridiculous. Ordered a cheeseburger and took well.over an hour to get it. When we asked them the said we don’t control the cook. It’s really get it together.
