First time visit. Had heard good things about the food and service. Ordered some cheeseburgers and fries, along with some chicken strips and two pieces of pie. All were delicious. The decor is very interesting with lots of different things on the walls to look at, particularly old 78 lp album covers, some of which I once had and made me wish i still did. Service was top notch and friendly. It’s my understanding that they are in the process of getting a new building ready to move into a little further down 270, can’t wait to check out the new place.

My Boy J.F. is addicted to their Coconut Cream Pie! He made me stop and pick-up two on my way to the lake! We ordered chicken strip dinner and it wad fab! Mashed potatoes with white gravy and fried okra and a homemade roll! Everyone was friendly! A customer setting by the door helped me out all the way to the car! Nice to see good neighborly people are still around!!! I dont think you will be disappointed with Patty’s …It’s just down the road!

Patty’s is great. It’s got a lot of that old down-home comfort, with the eclectic twist of the diner style, complete with album art and surf memorabilia. But as fun as that is, it pales in comparison to the food, which is outstanding. They have a little something for everyone, and it’s all good. I swear I could live off of their fried fish. Prices, even in this economy, are reasonable, and it’s nice to support local business, too.

We were very pleased to finally visit this restaurant on the highway between Hot Springs and Mount Ida. It far exceeded any expectations we might have had, with five-star service, a wonderful rock-and-roll motif atmosphere, absolutely delicious food cooked just right and prices that are so low they’re hard to believe in this day and age. What more need I say. Go. You’ll be glad you did.

Wow. Wow. WOW! Patty’s may be the best diner-style restaurant I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I’ve been in Royal visiting family, and they suggested Patty’s for breakfast. I got steak and eggs, and it was fantastic. Also, the coffee is superior to your usual mom & pop stop. We loved it so much we spent the next few days going for lunch and dinner. Burger, great. Chicken fried steak, wonderful. The pies?! For my waistline’s sake, thank goodness I don’t live closer to Patty’s. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was clean and decorated in cool music memorabilia. Next time I’m in the area, Patty’s will be my first stop…. maybe even BEFORE my family’s house lol.

Dang girl!! Patty: your food is the best food we had our entire trip to hot springs. We are here from Dallas and unfortunately haven’t had luck on good food until we found your place! FANTASTIC 1/4lb cheeseburger !!!! It was absolutely the most amazing burger I’ve had in ages. Cooked and seasoned perfectly – with fresh veggies and fresh bun – it was simply AWESOME!!! The chicken fried steak was finger licking good too! And your soft serve vanilla ice cream so creamy and smooth!! Thank you Patty! Your food is fantastic. Your servers are warm and caring. Your decor is so fun and unique! Best place to eat for a burger and chicken fried steak in hot springs!!!

The food was pretty good! I liked the homemade onion rings for sure. However our To go order was never put in after being quoted 35 minutes. We go inside at the 30 minute mark and they inform us of the mistake. Its not fun but accidents happen. Then when we do get our meal (an additional 10 minutes later) we’re missing the Mac and cheese. when we go back inside once more, we are told they have run out of Mac and cheese. And then turns out they never even put it on our ticket to begin with so we didn’t even ask for a substitution (we’d have to wait on anyway). They did give us a slice of Peanut Butter pie and 2 extra canned sodas for the mistake. They serve hot sodas there. Not refrigerated for whatever reason? I was super disappointed in that because I would have never even bought them if I knew they’d be giving me them straight off the shelf in front of me when I can go to the gas station for a fountain drink. They were really nice though. This just seems the type of place to dine in only. I don’t think I’ll be carrying out again with all the wait and confusion we experienced.

Good food and portion. Has booster seats for toddler. The waitresses are very nice, fast, and friendly. Come in between rush meal hours or call ahead to see if they have sittings. We were lucky but when lunch hour hit, it filled up quickly.
