The staff is quite attractive but terrible terrible service. The steaks are a little small no matter what the ounces say, but they make the best breakfast anywhere. And of all the patty’s eggnest, this one in Mukilteo hands down is the best except for their service.

Usually the food is delicious but today was horrible, bacon overcooked, hashbrowns undercooked, and hollandaise sauce was gross. The service here is horrible! 40 minutes before our order was even taken and then they can’t even remember the order the waitress came back in five minutes to ask how we wanted the eggs.

Food is fairly consistent between Patty’s Eggnest locations in germs of quality and time to cook. However, you won’t walk away thinking that was a fantastic breakfast. The service at this location at the time of writing this review was too high stress for a mostly empty restaurant on a Sunday morning. The pressure and forced nature of every interaction from entering the restaurant to paying and leaving was not pleasant. It felt like there was a line wrapped around the building and that they’ve been working most of the day with end in sight.

The food is good. Not exceptional and there are better food options nearby but if you’re looking for a nice meal it hits the spot. The service is not worth it. My boyfriend and I waited 15 minutes at the “wait to be seated” sign before anyone even acknowledged us. Then waited longer to be seated and then another 20 minutes to have our order taken. This was a Tuesday morning and not a busy weekend. The 2 gentleman that were seated awhile after us had their orders taken and received their food before us. Overall it took us 2 hours start to finish. Prepare to wait if you want to go. Too bad as this is just down the road from us but we won’t be returning.

Busy breakfast place. Food is reputed to be good and everyone enjoyed their meal. My order was overlooked and then inadequate, but it can happen occasionally. Will definitely go back, as the menu is extensive and everything looked good!
