First time here, great service, great food. I got the Italian hoagie which had everything on it, mayo no dressing. Bread was nice and soft, nice thickness of the meat and cheese. The GF got a bacon turkey ranch wrap. Both sandwiches were very delicious and definitely will be back!

Patty’s Subdivision is a great place to stop for out of this world subs. They have a great selection of hot and cold subs to choose from and use nothing but the freshest buns.

Amazing sandwich! The bread was fresh, which they get from a local bakery every day. Great service and family owned/run. Highly recommend. One side note, it is cash only, but they have an ATM inside.

Amazing sandwiches, I tried the buffalo chicken cheesesteak or something of the sort. Freshest bread around. Good prices and good amount of food for the money. Combo was worth it too.

slow service and post-meal stomach aches! Suggest call in ahead to avoid the slow service. approx 30 minutes for a cold italian sub is a bit too long. it could have been paired with my friends chilidog order for same-time-presentation, but thats a bit of stretch to say the hotdog caused that wait time…
