Possibly my life’s worst customer service. We waited for 70 minutes for our Pizza to arrive, only to find out they put in Chicken (which we had already informed 3 times and they had confirmed 5 times).

I had been wanting to try this pizza for a while and it was definitely worth it. I want to try every pizza, great quality and quantity. I felt like it was a good value overall. The restaurant was a little cold inside, even with my jacket on, but today was a cold/damp day. My husband and I don’t drink and would love a little more separation from the bar but overall a great experience. We want to try the tika masala, fajita, Greek, and pesto pizza. Will definitely be back for more deep dish pizza.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy delicious Chicago style pizza and have a fun night out, look no further than Patxi’s pizza. My wife and I visited this cozy and friendly restaurant tonight with some friends, and we were all impressed by the quality of the food. We ordered the garlic bread and Burrata Bruschetta for appetizers and then the Special pizza. All the food was amazing. The service was fast and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The location was perfect for walking and shopping afterwards, as there were many shops and cafes nearby. I highly recommend Patxi’s pizza to anyone who loves pizza and wants to have a great time.

We went for deep dish and received medium dish with 2 inch wide crust pizza. My spouse was looking forward to this for a birthday meal last weekend and my goodness how things have changed. Compare the photos used in food delivery apps vs what you actually receive. Considering it’s close to $30 for a pizza, I’d didn’t expect to receive so much bread for my hard earned dough. Has definitely gone downhill. I can understand why the place was empty on a Saturday night…

It has been three years since I’ve last dined here. But now that I live closer, I will be frequenting this underrated place. Great venue located in Ballard’s restaurant row. A relatively big bar area in the middle of the place with a few TVs on the back wall also make it an ideal sports pub. We ordered the large deep-dish Chicago special. $38 seems pricey for a pizza, but it can easily feed four people. Each slice is a meal. Pizza was excellent, very fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. *They will also let you bring your own wine and have a very reasonable corkage fee. Two Thumbs up for this place!

The food was good, and surprisingly not too greasy for being deep dish pizza. The service was very slow due to lack of staffing, the drinks were outrageously expensive for what they were. The kitchen was also quite slow and it was not busy at all in the business. If your looking for a quick bite, this isn’t it. But if you want to sit back and hang out, it’s not the worst and does have good pizza.

I’ve come here a few times for dinner, and today was my first day for lunch. Their deep dish pizzas are amazing. They do take awhile, but they are worth the wait. Their lunch special, half sandwich and salad, was good. Service has always been good here.

Was craving a deep dish pizza and Patxi’s fulfilled that request. Two of us split a Patxi’s Insalata and a 12” classic supreme deep dish pizza. We both ate a good portion of salad and two slices each at the restaurant and had 4 slices to take home for leftovers. Delicious! We’ll be back!
