Fresh ingredients made all the difference. It’s a little more expensive than most Chinese takeaway, but worth it! The brightness of the fresh ginger really in the Chef’s Shrimp dish was excellent!

I live nearby Paul Chen (5 minutes walk only). Three years ago, my husband and I first moved to this area and we had lunch once in Paul Chen. That time food was not bad but we couldn’t really enjoy in the restaurant. The environment was full of strange smell (kind of old restaurant smell ,i didn’t know how to explain) and table cloths was quite oily.

Food was an Amazing experience, The place is relatively empty but has lots of delivery orders. The sauces are great food tastes really fresh especially the scallops. The customer service was wonderful. I do believe this a family business and the overall vibe is friendly, caring and open. I do recommend bringing friends and family here but going alone for some you time is even better.

Don’t believe the pick up time if you order online. I ordered at 2:00 pm, My time said 2:20 for it to be ready and here it is a hour later and my food is still not ready. They charge more than the average Chinese spot but give weaker service.
