Best restaurant in town! Must visit!!! Great ambiance to take you to another place. Every detailed was thought of when envisioning this moment in place. From the elegant soothing decor with warm lighting. To the rich flavors and surprising presentations of this world class menu. The staff is always there to ensure you feel as if with family. The octopus was an amazing appetizer with it perfectly cooked with a crispy textures and fresh garnishes that take the plate to the next level.

Went this last weekend and we loved it. Had the huitlacoche risotto and it was amazing. Food was top notch, drinks were great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They constantly checked on us and i really enjoyed the atmosphere. Will definetly be back soon!

Pausa has been my top favorite restaurant for a while now. The food is delicious, the ambiance and service are great. My absolute favorite dish is the beet salad. Truly like no other. NY strip aguachile is fantastic. Fideo & chilaquiles is a must-have. Huitlacoche risotto is divine. You will not be disappointed!
