We hit this place every time we come down from Pa.. You can’t beat the authentic southern styled home cooking. The shrimp poboy is my favorite, and the hamburger steak is awesome. If your in the area, give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Paw Coons is definitely a local hang out having a band stand in the restaurant. Its located on the Bayou and is very eclectic and funky! The fried shrimp sandwich was average at best.

Very nice place. Staff is also very nice. They checked on us often. Food was good and hot. Great music. Price wasn’t bad either. We will be back again. Great Cajun folks. Will treat you like family.
