For sure the best place in Paw Paw to eat and have a drink. They accommodated our large party easily without a reservation. Service was great, food was easily the best new place I’ve tried in a few years. If I were a local, this would be my go-to spot. 10/10, you need to try this place.

Some of the best brewery food is SW Michigan! The Reuben and fish & chips are the best youre going to get anywhere – and don’t forget the Onion Rings! Remember Clementines in South Haven when they opened on the late 80s?… this is just as good or maybe even better. Oh and they have great beer too.

Food was mostly great. I especially loved the sweet potato fries, maybe the best I’ve ever had. Blue black cider was delicious (sweet). Service was a bit slow despite very few customers, and the fried goat cheese salad was a bit disappointing for the price.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Didn’t take us to our table, we had to grab the menus and locate the dog friendly area ourselves…which was blocked off and the hostess or whoever she was still wouldn’t show us to the table when we went back for direction a second time.

What a hidden gem! No waiting for a table at 7 on a Friday because this place is tucked out of the way and not well known. Great decor and atmosphere. Pleasant staff, and AMAZING food!!!! Best lobster Mac and cheese I’ve ever had in my life. Hubby got Poutine with brisket….a Canadian favorite…..and it did not disappoint. Desserts were equally decadent and delicious. We will be driving here for dinner often!

Today was our first time here after MANY recommendations. It took 10 minutes to get a table because the server left the desk after we arrived and disappeared into the back. Once seated we hoped the experience would turn around. We ordered drinks and apps. After receiving appetizers and initial drinks, our server disappeared. We never received our dinner. After 45 minutes of waiting trying to get her attention she came by asking if we were interested in dessert. When we told her about the lack of food she indicated she would check right away. She proceeds to check on 3 tables. She then returned to the bar. After 5 minutes she was still behind the bar. We approached the manager to attempt to get our order checked on. 5 more minutes went by, no one checked on our order. They checked on other tables. When we again approached the bar and asked for the bill, she said she would get it right away. Then she continued serving other guests. At this point we had a VERY hungry toddler and family. We again asked for a bill to no avail. We ended up having to give the manager on staff cash so we could leave without being seen as dining and dashing. What a negative experience. So disappointing.

I normally have a good experience here but today I ordered a burger and specifically said more than once no cheese. I ordered it for a pick up order and didn’t check it because it has always been ok. The burger has cheese on it, the fries are cold and are about have the portion as usual and the burger tastes burnt. I usually have good food from here but there are too many things wrong with this order.

I live near Detroit but have family in Chicago. Paw Paw is a good spot to stop for lunch. Gave this place a shot and was absolutely blown away. The lobster balls for an appetizer were amazing and the burnt end tacos were even better. I washed it down with their summer shandy and it was the most lemonade flavored shandy I’ve ever had. Glad I stopped and will definitely come again when in the area.
