Ordered delivery, pizza and garlic bread, 2 waters and side of ranch. Told hour to hour 15 min wait. Took an extra 15 min, no worries there, that I get. Missing 3 items we ordered. We can deal without the waters and ranch, but the cold pizza and bread sticks for over $50 is beyond unreasonable. When I called to ask for refund for the missing items, I informed them the food was also cold and they just said they would tell the manager, no apology. Almost like it was normal. Honestly my fault for not reading the reviews first, they stuck the menu in our hotel room door. Guess it’s the only way they can make money. Surprised to see something that was reasonably priced…found out why. Was planning on ordering tomorrow night but that definitely will not happen. BTW the garlic bread is bad cold, can’t imagine it would even be good warm, glad the ranch didn’t come, would have most likely gotten sick from that. Do better.

I ordered at 2:30, was told it would be a 15-60 minute wait. I waited longer, then called to check where my food was. I was told on multiple occasions between 3 and 4 that my driver was pulling into the lot. I was hung up on multiple times by the employee on the phone. I go into the lobby, get called by the driver. Who says he is in the lobby. I tell him I don’t see him, he hangs up on me and then pulls into the lot. My sandwich was cold and hard on the top, while the bottom had turned to mush. My salad was warm. Both items sat in the driver’s car at least an hour while I was lies to, snapped at, and hung up on. I am currently being told to keep calling back to get in touch with the manager to get a refund and that I “just missed him” even though my number has been on his desk for hours.

My pasta was so salty I couldn’t take more than the first bite, which already took over an hour to deliver after the guy assured me it would be 45 mins. Called to complain and Mustafa said I would get a call back..no call back, nothing. Waste of money and I ended up with no dinner. Wish we wouldn’t have ordered here.

Waited forever for dry cold pizza. $17 cheese pizza was $34.. My card was charged before being told it would be $34 and that amount included and $8 delivery fee so the pizza was actually around $25. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered 17.00 worth of food and by fees it was 30.00. Called to ensure condiments would be sent. Asked driver and he assured me me they were there.Nope and an hour later still couldn’t deliver it. Bad customer service.

They are a fraud. They are sneaking menus into the rooms of the Rio hotel. This food is horrible undercooked it is a complete disaster of a so-called pizza restaurant and management or so-called owner is rude and totally unwilling to even talk to me about the food that I received, which was disgusting undercooked cold and not what I asked for. He basically told me to f off and hung up on me. Do not order food from this place because their food is horrible and the management and order taking the worst I’ve ever experienced.
