This place adds gratuity automatically for a pickup order.. They seem to feel they are “entitled” to it regardless of the service level. Never again. Tipping is based on a service level. It isn’t a “given”. There is no atmosphere. HOW do you go out of business? ONE customer at a time.

Im alergic to spicy food.. hot peppers, anything like that.. i asked the lady to go over a few items in a couple off entrées before I ordered. She NEVER said what i decided on was spicy. She was irrational and not truthful at all! Horrible wait time on delivery. It’s literally… a mile to me. The lady taking my delivery order was rude and talked so fast! Still waiting for my food an hour and half later!!! AND .. IT ALMOST KILLED ME!. My face is so swollen! Nothing on the menu says that anything is spicy! I tried calling to ask questions, she screamed at me and said literally.. “you should have known”… I’ve called 9 times.. and instead of helping g me.. they blocked my number. ☹️

Great food, big portion, greatly priced! The food was awesome and steaming hot after ordering delivery! The employees are nice and so was the driver the food came quickly it was fresh and delicious it was a perfect dinner without breaking the bank! I highly recommend and i will be ordering more often!

Was very disappointed tonight when I bought my mom and I food. The vegetables were not sauteed at all, they were very hard. We both were unhappy and couldn’t eat our food it was so hard.I spent $33 just to be very disappointed and not be able to eat it. We were looking forward to chinese food something we don’t eat often.

i always order shrimp lo mein and it’s always amazing!!! if you order by phone and go pick it up you’ll get food in no time. i have ordered delivery once and it made it here at a decent time. it’s one of the few Chinese takeout places that have survived around my area these past months, i recommend it! also the portions are heaping!!

I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered a classic chicken chow mein with extra shrimp that they got correct. I ordered egg drop soup they got that correct but the appetizer for the paper wrapped chicken they got incorrect they sent this instead. And they also gave me brown rice which I never ordered see photos below. I was hungry so I had to eat it because I didn’t have a choice. I will give them a chance to get it right and then I will change my review when that happens thank you

I ordered for delivery. They burn my food. I call them up and the manager ask me to bring the food back. I told her I can bring it back the next. Which is today. I come up with my food and she said I ate all of it. What it’s a whole plate of orange chicken. She said she only making me a small heap. I ask can she remake my other order I brought bk for all my trouble. She became upset and started getting loud. I will never be back. When I ask can I get name she told me NO she’s the manager. Woow
