I came to Philly to get my passport renewed and had a lot of time to kill. So I wandered around this food market and came across Pearl’s and the staff was so nice, I decided to dine in at one of the tables. There is a lunch counter, but I didn’t want to have to worry about the crowds. The food is so delicious. The waitress, Penny, was super friendly and patient. 10 out of 10, I recommend and would love to go back.

A good place to stop for a quick breakfast while perusing Reading Terminal market. Not known for their coffee…breakfast is quick, American style breakfast. Service is goos. Will come back and try their oysters though.

The food was great. I was in the mood for seafood and found this place (a short walk from City Hall). The waiter was very nice and attentive, the prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was an open mall setup with the different dining options separated by counters and half walls. The clam strips were extra crunchy but that was ok. I will definitely return.

If you’re in the Reading Terminal stop on by. Nice spot to grab a quick breakfast before moving throughout the terminal or about to hit the Philly streets. Always fresh, hot, and quick and the staff is very friendly.

Their cocktail sauce is amazing and I had asked if it was homemade the day before so I decided to have some shrimp. They were huge and very good. So good I went back the next day!

Came here for breakfast this morning. The waitress was wonderful, super nice. The food was about a 7 out of 10. The ambience and atmosphere is pretty cool a lot of seating available, and the prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out for yourself. They also have lunch available.

My family and I were here on vacation and came across Pearl’s Oyster Bar located in Reading Terminal. The breakfast food was amazing as well as the fish sandwhich!. Our host Jarod, was very professional and patient as we were a party of 6. He was very attentive to our needs. He knows how to keep customers happy. We highly recommend eating here!. Wish we had one where we live.

Came here for the chicken and waffles. The waffles were nice and soft on the inside, but the texture on the outside was more to be desired. The wait staff was inattentive to me as a Black customer, but was more attentive towards the caucasian customers. Service was a little slow and most certainly did not enjoy the wait time for a refill. This restaurant needs to hire staff that’s fair and doesn’t treat one customer better then the next. Chicken was ok but under seasoned. Overall 3.5 out of 5
