Pearly Baker’s Alehouse is a lively, bustling spot for some pretty decent food and loads of drink choices. The staff are great, they’re super accommodating and friendly. The menu has a decent selection. Tried the Chicken Florentine – the risotto was pretty good, chicken was a hair overdone, but the rest of our meals were pretty good. There are a lot of beers on tap (the bar has a ton of tap heads hanging from the ceiling), lots of great choices. It’s pretty loud in most areas when it starts getting crowded, so just be prepared. It’s located just off the main plaza downtown in a great location (really close to the parking garage too).

After the Crayola Experience, we were looking for a place for food. There was an area of a few restaurants. From the ratings, nothing stood out. Landed here, server was kind. Beer was flat, fine. Under fried French fries, fine. Large insect in the salad (see photo), bring it to the servers attention. She took the salad off the bill, no manager apology. I was in the food industry and seen something similar happen. The difference was that no one seemed to really care. If you see this take and don’t know the area, take a random chance on another place.

I had an exceptional expierience! The food was exquisite, the staff was enthusiastic and friendly, the scenery was uplifting & really surprised me! I was advised to dine at this establishment from an employee at Easton Exchange (Pawn Shop) across the street and i’m glad I listened!

Brought my family out to eat here last minute when another place stated they were closing early. The prices would appear to be slightly above average, although it was well deserved. All the food came out quick and was freshly made. This surprised me considering we were a group of six. Some of the meals even exceeded our expectations. I would definitely consider going back and would like to inform everyone to not let the prices discourage you. It’s a great value and pleasant experience for the amount sent. They do add 20% gratuity on groups of 6 and up. Six meals, 3 appetizers, drinks and 20% gratuity came to about $193. Only being an average of $33 a person you won’t be disappointed.

Great food with great prices. Only somewhat negative is that they have only a dozen or so beers on tap but hanging from the ceiling are hundreds of tap heads. Just seems like there should be more drafts.

Ate here for the first time last week. We sat at a table outside. The food was really good (we all had burgers) and the service was excellent. We were the only people dining outside but had 3 different staff members checking in on us and they were all super friendly. I will definitely be back.

Looks like it has potential, couldn’t wait any longer than 15 minutes to find out. If a bartender ignores new customers who’ve seated at an empty bar to make small talk with patrons on the other end, not a good sign. The pizza spot right next door was awesome though.

I went here mid day (1:30-2:00) and got seated right away. The order was placed quickly but I was disappointed there wasn’t many options on the menu regarding different foods so my party ended up getting the blacken chicken sandwich, the children’s angus sliders and the salmon sandwich. The salmon sandwich was good, however, the blackened chicken sandwich had no real flavor and too much cheese. I also couldn’t taste the mango bbq sauce they put on it. The fries are supposedly home made but they tasted average and had way too much salt on them that was over powering. The food was average but what surprised me was that no one came and refilled our drinks or even asked us about them and mind you the restaurant was empty. Also it took a long time for us to get the check and we had to ask for it twice.
