Great little shop to grab some coffee. Small indoor area, not a lot of seating, but the staff were super friendly and the drink met expectations. I had a Caramel Macchiato and it was better-than-Starbucks quality.

There’s no shortage of coffee spots in Manhattan Beach, but I seem to end up here more often than the others. Not a ton of seating, and no bathrooms I’m aware of, but that has never deterred me. Everyone is always friendly and while it gets busy, they do a good job getting your order ready.

We visit this location at least once per year when we are in the Manhattan Beach and the lattes and drip coffee is always spot on and i am very picky even for Peet’s regular. They have several outside tables, and inside to enjoy the beverages in the climate controlled room. Its never crowded when i am there as there are at least 4-5 different coffee places on the same street.

Not Family Friendly. I ordered a drink for myself and a cup of water for my 3 year old son. It was a hot day. They said it was against company policy to give a cup of water? I have been coming here for many years, never had any issues. I was saddened and disappointed especially since it was for a child. So I walked across to Starbucks, got my coffee and a cup of water for my son. Peet’s just lost a loyal customer..

Solid location that is super close to the beach. It can be pretty busy in here during the morning hours, but the staff are always professional and quick. If you’re hitting this place, I recommend grabbing your drink and walking down to the pier. It’s awesome to sit and watch the waves crash while you sip on a drink!
