Staffs here are not friendly, ordered my drink from a guy at counter called Justin, I didn’t want the plastic cover for my hot tea, he stared straight to my eyes talked loudly “I don’t want you to burn yourself!” I told him that I’m environmentally concious.

They have a great location and have had good customer service the times I’ve been there. Recently, I went in and had my 2 year old with me. They asked me if I wanted my hot chocolate cooler so she wouldn’t burn her tongue, and it was the perfect temp for her when we got it. I really appreciated that.
