The staff at this location has always been so lovely and polite, and they’ve never messed up my drink order. I’ve been going to this location since they’ve opened because I had hoped the drive thru would be easier than the Pinole Valley store’s parking lot. Unfortunately, the drive thru is CONSISTENTLY slow. Definitely avoid if you’re in a hurry on your way to work! I just went at 6am on a Saturday right when they opened; I placed my order in the drive thru, and had to wait 25 mins till I actually got to the window and received my drink. I don’t understand how it took so long.. There were only 3 cars in front of me, and the parking lot was empty, no customers inside the store. Hoping it can get better!!

I am a big fan of Peet’s coffee and this location. It’s fairly new. Has a lot of seating and great ambience. The drive through can be slow so I usually go inside to pick up my order.
