Ordering online does not save time. It took 32 minutes from placing the order to when the coffee was ready. Waited in the store for 20 of those minutes. This has happened on the last three orders. I could have walked in and out in that time. Or to their competition, which sadly I will likely do next time. Between their (truly) awful app and challenges with timing, Pete’s is off my list of go-to’s for the foreseeable future.

Maybe because I drink my coffee black, I’ve never been a fan of Peet’s competitor. Peet’s has quality coffee. They also have a nice selection of baked goods There is outside seating (benches and tables/chairs) and a few umbrellas for shade.

Liz is a champ who leads in setting an example of stellar customer service and community involvement. If you like Peet’s style coffee and tea, this is a good store to visit. The location is convenient, but parking is tough – during peak times you may need to park down by Leatherby’s. There’s excellent access from the bike trail. The restrooms are clean and stocked, a decent amount of seating available. On weekend mornings some regular groups do come in, but there’s nearly always a seat.
