We went for breakfast and there was 3 of us. We had the Hobo skillet, combo skillet and spinach & feta omelet and everything tasted awsome. Waitress was really great, she was even nice enough to bring a plate out to cover my husband’s food so it didn’t get cold while he ran to the restroom. It may be our new favorite breakfast place.

Everything a “country kitchen” should be! We Ordered the hillbilly omelet and corned beef hash. Cindy was our server and she was awesome.

What a quaint cute little place! We were out super early and promptly at 6am the open sign came on! It was pretty slow that early, but the service was great and the food was just how we ordered it. Really hit the spot!! So glad to find a new breakfast spot when we are in the area!

Walked right in and got a table for 6. Breakfast skillet was phenomenal! 5 of us ordered it all different ways, all food came out correct and quick. Only 2 semi bad things, restaurant was on the warm side even with fans around and the waitress disappeared after we got our food so our drinks were empty. We got another waitress to help us.

Not a bad place to eat if you want to support small business. Some of the food is a little high priced for the quality of the food. $13 dollars for a frozen country fried steak is a little high. So was the Hillbilly omelet. The Omelet was good. The service was super, and the people super friendly. Thats why I like supporting Mom & Pop business.

Ate there before and it was good. Went back again last year and the state or county closed them for having a sewer line back up in the building. Feces and urine on floor from what I read and heard. Remember word of mouth can make you break you. They said they were closed for remodeling. Lied. When they reopened I went back , no remodeling maybe the bathrooms but still had the odor of sewage and that was a month after they reopened. We never went back and never will.

The absolute worst eggs benedict ever! My husband should have sent it back. The entire restaurant smelled bad. We wanted to leave when we sat down but wanted to give it a chance. Never again!

Kind of Highway food for older folks on a bland diet. Good prices portions were pretty nice sizes but lacked lots of taste and flavor. Was a nice little restaurant very clean for the most part everybody was friendly soon as a crowd comes in everybody loses their mind. Was a nice little experience just wasn’t for us we like a little Spice in our life.

Chili dog, chili was dry as heck. Watched them peel the cheese off with bare hands (2 people) guess they didn’t read no cheese till to late. Bun was so dry it broke trying to put in to go container. Patty melt, how cooked, medium. How received overdone and dry. Had not went here for a bit, now I remember why!!!!

Second visit to this restaurant. I was impressed by how clean PEGGY’s country kitchen is, and my waitress Judy was very attentive to my needs. It was as if she knew what I was thinking, which is a true mark of professionalism in my experience.
