This is a place you don’t want to go. The food does not taste good, it taste like Dog food. The egg rolls are given to you still dripping in fat. Beef and Broccoli was more just slop. I ate 1,000 better in the field when I was in the Army. This is how bad the food taste here. MRE from the 90’s are Heaven compared to this food. For the soldiers who have had them, you know what I mean. Go somewhere else if you want food like this, don’t waste your money here. Not worth a stomach pump.I say this’ll this with a sad heart because I do not like putting places done like this but this place is not worth going to since the staff do not care. The tables were not clean. There was no clean silverware to use in house, napkins 0, we had to grab take out silverware to use. Now that is So wrong! Drink station was so dirty I was looking at it and thinking should I get a drink then go get a shot or just skip it. I picked, skipped it! If you still want to go then I wish you the best of luck here. I do hope you have a better time than what I had.

Great new Build your own Bento Box for $9.99. This was perfect for me. Portions we’re great. All in one …main course, rice, sushi, greens. Very friendly service. Very good Variety of drinks at the machine. Powerade, soda etc.

6/9/18-came in . For lunch large signs with the food. On it , a little hard to see w/ the daylight . Parker helped me w/ my order I got the Mongolian beef with the salad instead of the rice I don’t think I’ll do that again much better with the rice even though it’s a carb, plus a small wonton love there wontons thin skin. Plus for BD I got a free cab ragoo ( sp ) . Whenever I have something fried it always extremely greasy here. While I was eating a saw a lady with a small plastic container and she started taking the orange slices from where the have the soda machines.

I have been to many pei Wei restaurants, this one by far has the best quality and service I have experienced. David,Randy, and Jay / plus the crew have always shown me respect and provided exceptional service. I currently work at bestbuy as a mobile sales associate; where I work in a customer service oriented experience type for my store. These guys especially Dave, treat their guest like how I treat mine. With the up most respect. The food is always on point, and the taste is similar to a 5 star experience. I will always come back to this location and refer any and all who I come in contact with to come here! Thank you guys for the exceptional customer service. You guys care about your job and those who come to visit.

Food was served room temprature but had an over powering spicey heat to it that felt like the spices were cooking my mouth. Not sure if it’s supposed to taste this way. Ordered the orange chicken regular potion size, and was my first visit at this establishment.

The food quality has gone to the drain here. I used to come here for lunch 1/2 times per week. I decided to order today chicken chow mein and cauliflower fried rice. The noodles were plain w/no sauce at all and you can tell the cauliflower fried rice is all chicken, there is barely any “rice” there.

Food was good quality and good amount. My only concern with the restaurant was cleanliness. I feel management should pay a little extra attention at closing or opening. Came in at 12pm and the tables was not as clean and other PeiWeis and there was food particles on the floor. They did mop the floor, because I almost fell twice. Please use a dry mop after using water on your dark wood floors, they’ll stay moist and is dangerous.

I don’t usually feel the need to write a review however this is just one of those times I can’t hold myself back. This review is purely based on the service and the interaction from the staff. The lady taking orders had a scowl on her face, did not look me in the eye and was speaking in a manner which could only be described as rude. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but that does not give her the excuse to just act in such a mean manner. Then when the order was made incorrectly, she had the audacity to say “well they already started making the food after you told me not to put those in.” What should have happened was proper communication of staff to the cook to get my order correctly. Just unacceptable. Then I witnessed interaction between the front area and the cooks where they were cursing at each other. I really do love Pei Wei but an experience like this really deters me from ever going back. All the employees look miserable and seem like they hate their job. Frustrated by this experience. Don’t know if I will go back to this location.

We like this place, but since some time they started to make portions smaller than it was before. But the price is the same. I ordered honey-seared with shrimps and got just 5 small shrimps and a lot of rice, and no vegetables. Polynesian Poke Bowl became smaller too, but cost the same. Before it was nice big bowl. We are disappointed, thinking to find another place.
