This was our 3rd time eating here.. Usually I would have given this a 5 star.. But tonight I was a bit disappointed. The gentleman that was running the register was confused about something with something the couple before us need and asked a young lady for help.. To which she rolled her eyes and then said she would. She then took over the register and when taking our order began rushing through taking our order. I ordered my main dish and when I started to ask for a side dish she did not give me the chance before asking my husband what he wanted. She at least had noticed I was wanting to order something more and asked me if there was something more I needed after his order was done. After ordering and we were seated my husband instantly had his side dish but I had to wait for mine. He then was served his main dish and my side arrived at the same time but then my main dish arrived right after. Poor timing? Yes. I know will be back since normally food is wonderful and served appropriately.

Had the new Wei Better orange chicken. It was really good. The serving was fair for the price and the veggies were not over cooked. I really hope they fix a few of their other menu options. Sometimes the wait to get the food is long other times it is very short. This time the wait was short.

We had a really great lunch here today. It wasn’t our first time there, and after a previously not great experience, we have not been in quite awhile. The menu has been updated (Wok Salad is AWESOME!), the line was much more efficient and our food was served quickly. Most noticeable was the outstanding service. From anticipating our needs even before we asked, to making sure everything was absolutely perfect, and topping it off with genuine friendliness, they made a very lasting impression.

Tried to call in a to go order, sat on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody ever picked up the phone to take our order. Decided to just go there to eat instead, stood at the front counter for over 5 (while the phone rang on the hook) minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were there. We left and we will NEVER be back. I give this location 6 months before they are out of business with this kind of (or lack there of) customer service!

My favorite place to grab quick Asian cuisine. I’ve ordered the Pei Wei spicy every time I’ve come and have never regretted it! The restaurant is clean, staff is very friendly, and the orders get sent quickly. Definitely a place I recommend!

I’ve been to this place ever since it first opened its door more than 10 years ago. The only dish I’ve always ordered is the Dan Dan noodles so I’m quite familiar with the changes they’ve made to this particular dish over the years. With the new ownership, quality has definitely down the hillside prices went up since ‘12. Minced chicken in the noodles has becoming chunk of chicken full of tendon and fat. The first thing I noticed was that it’s chewy now more than ever. Another significant change, of course, is cutting the labor and savings the bottom line profit as I could tell the place is not as clean as before, drink station has things scattered around, soda stain on the counter, burnt light bulbs. All these details indicated the lack of attention given by the new owner. On top of that, the lady who took our order has no facial expression and she speaks with single tone. Not a people person but more like a robot. Hate to say it but it’s time to say goodbye to this once my favorite restaurant. It’s time to move on

I think the ownership has changed, but this location is consistently inconsistent. I’ve sat on hold for 20min before to place an order to-go. I got to the restaurant before they answered.

I agree with the other reviewers. This Pei Wei is “consistently inconsistent”. I had to wait 30 minutes for my take out order which I pre-ordered online using my app. The portions today were much smaller than usual. Clearly the kitchen was having problems. I observed the person delivering food to tables send back several plate because the orders were not prepared correctly.
