If we are lucky enough to find a Pei Wei, we go! We love the food and sauces and the fact that you can customize the ” hotness” level. Very disappointing. This place feels dark, depressing and dirty. Tables were sticky, floors were dirty, and they made the Dan Dan noodles wrong (completely forgot the bean sprouts and cucumbers!)

I thought the food was moderately good. There was something about it that almost didn’t fully click right though. The cashier messed up my order and charged me for 4 egg rolls instead of 2. When I went to get it fixed she didn’t know how to take it off my bill, so I just said don’t worry, so I saved them and atte them later. They were the best part of the meal I think.

horribly managed!!! I ordered a simple one person meal. I waited for an hour while everyone before me and behind me got their food and left. when I asked about my meal they said they’re waiting on lettuce wraps wile the seated guests got lettuce wraps. when I asked for my money back the employees spent more energy defending their own actions than apologizing! won’t ever go back

Slowest service ever. Took twenty minutes to get our food after waiting in line for ten. The cashiers don’t know the menu. I like Pei Wei’s food, but I’m not sure it can fit in my lunch schedule anymore. Plus, sometimes they run out of things.

My boss and I decided to go to Pei Wei for lunch today as we have quite enjoyed the food at other locations. However, both times at the Fort Union location we have waiting far too long for our food. Today we waiting for over an HOUR for our food because they had given it to other people. When we finally received our food my order was TOTALLY wrong – they messed up everything I requested except the sauce. The service was terrible and gosh so slow. Do not recommenced this location if you want your lunch to take less than two hours.

My wife and I ate here. Sauce in both meal were overpowering. In my Mongolian steak the sauce was overly salty. In my wife’s had the honey seared chicken and the sauce was too sweet. I think they use too much vinegar in the recipe and have to add more sugar to balance it. Honestly the food is overpriced. You could go to panda and get larger portions for less money, or you could go to pj Chang’s and get much better food for just couple more dollars. Our food wasn’t served at the same time, this is a beef I have with places. A properly managed kitchen should be able to serve a table of two within 2 minutes of each. Ideally the food would come together, but having to wait more than five minutes is ridiculous.

Horrible experience at this Pei Wei pretty much every time!! Today for example, I placed an online order. When I went in to pick it up at the time they told me too, it wasn’t ready and they also informed me that there was NO RICE and they didn’t know how long it would take for rice to be ready. Keep in mind, this was mentioned to me, after I paid. Then, it took an additional ten minutes for the food to be prepared and then I left, just to find out I had no sauce with my appetizer and my food was not even what I ordered. I highly suggest not eating here.
