Came to the mall to eat with the family . Love eating here prior . When asked what we wanted to drink , I do have a large family so I asked for 4 waters for my little girls after spending 38.86 to be exact . The young lady shrug her shoulders and rolled her eyes .when ask for a manager she had a hard time understanding the issue . No problem , I will no longer do business here .

I see I’m not alone in my complaint. I went there for lunch 7/16 at about 1 p.m. I ordered my meal and asked for ice water. The young cashier refused to give me water. She only wanted to sell me a soda or bottled water and I did not of course comply. What I should’ve done was left the food that was in the styrofoam container at the register and walked away. How dare they refuse a customer ice water?

The worst service ever for starters, it took over an hour and a half for them to deliver my order, when I’m 7mins away! When I finally received my order it was not only cold, but appeared to be some old food from last night or something, my egg roll was not shrimp as requested and was burnt, old soggy sesame chicken, old hard “bourbon” chicken all for the hefty price of $23 and change! I will never order from here again!! Garbage, I am furious!!! By the way, they made sure you couldn’t call and complain, as the listed number isn’t a working number!!!
